Lindsay was recommended to us by a friend. My partner and I talked to a few real estate agents, and ultimately decided to work with Lindsay. We are so glad we did! Lindsay was responsive and helpful even before we had our approval for the loan for our house. She was always available for questions or concerns. She made the entire process smooth, and made it go quickly! Lindsay was professional, but friendly, and we would recommend her to anyone!

My husband and I moved from California to Oregon and immediately began searching for a home. Luckily we found Lindsay. As first time home buyers we were quite unsure what to expect and didn’t understand the process. Lindsay was incredibly helpful. She was with us every step of the way and always made sure we understood what was happening and what to expect next. Lindsay truly went above and beyond. Our situation was quite unique and I imagine we were not easy to please. With that being said, Lindsay found a way! It didn’t take long until we found a house and closed successfully, all with Lindsay’s help. We couldn’t have done it without her. I wish we could make Lindsay our realtor for life! Truly, she helped us buy our first house and then sell it from 3,000 miles away when we moved to the ‘other Portland’.  Lindsay is the most communicative real estate agent we’ve worked with (and we’ve worked with a few others).  She responds promptly to texts, emails and phone calls.  It made selling our house in Oregon, while living in Maine, a breeze! She also has a great knack for marketing and made our house look & sound so appealing…the offers we received were proof! Lindsay is a great realtor and all around person.  I’d recommend her to my family, friends and anyone looking to buy or sell their home.  She makes the process way less stressful and feel like it’s a team effort. What I enjoy most about Lindsay is that she’s a straight shooter – she doesn’t tell you something unless she’s sure of it and if she’s not sure of it, she’ll go find the right answer. Another unbeatable quality Lindsay has is listening to what you want and trying to understand the aesthetic you like while looking for homes. I had plenty of realtors have me fill out lengthy questionnaires – which I’m not even sure they give a second glance to. Another thing I loved was that she was never pushy, never rushed us through a showing, never tried to get us to go over budget to find something better suited for us and never sent me a ton of listings that she knew wouldn’t interest us. Lindsay is the type of person I love working with because she makes me feel calm when buying a home is supposedly one of the most stressful decisions of your life – but Lindsay made this process as painless as possible and for that I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lindsay. 

Lindsay is AMAZING! She has helped us with three properties and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Not only is she a great person, she is super knowledgable and always on top of things. She also goes above and beyond (like doing video tours of properties for us when we were out of town, obtaining contractors last minute when ours was a no-show, and so many other things). Our last house had an offer in about three days and was the easiest and smoothest real estate transaction ever mainly due to Lindsay’s expertise. We were also buying a property around that same time which had many delays due to COVID-19 (lenders were continually changing their needs/requirements/limits/etc) but Lindsay’s constant communication helped get us through.
