Patrick Clark is a recognized leader in housing and development in the Portland Metro Area.
He provides unrivaled service to home sellers, home buyers, developers, and investors– anticipating the desires of consumers, not just marketing to them. Patrick has outperformed the competition and the market since 2002; having marketed and sold over $2 billion in residential real estate, including a portfolio of 17 distinctive projects consisting of over 2,500 homes. Patrick approaches each listing and project with a shared vision to transform our beloved city for the better, one story at a time. He believes that true collaboration with clients, developers, architects, and investors throughout marketing and sales phases is one of his strongest differentiators in delivering exceptional, predictable, results.
Patrick believes that his independent homeowner clients deserve the same white-glove care and expertise as his large, institutional developer clients. By providing the same custom-tailored, results-oriented approach to each individual buyer and seller, his clients experience a level of professionalism, transparency, and effectiveness not often found in our industry. Patrick is your advocate for all things real estate and you will feel this from the first “hello”.
